Exercise And Wellness Classes

Aqua Box

An innovative class, combining the benefits of water resistance with fun and energy of cardio kickboxing.  You will gain new skills as your boost your overall fitness performing basic offensive and defensive boxing moves. 

Aqua Sprint

A shallow water program that everyone can enjoy. This class is packed with varying intervals and fluid movements. It is a fun and challenging way to energize your aquatic workout. 

Aqua Time

Interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Mixing this format with the properties of water through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, allows each class to blast away the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time.

Aqua Yoga

Relax in the water performing yoga based stretching and balance exercises to lengthen and ease soreness from daily tasks or exercise.

Hydro Surprise

A class that consists of all aquatic classes offered at St. Bernards Health and Wellness.

Jam and Slam

Mix it up by dancing and lifting to the beat in a weightless environment.

Liquid Cardio

Just cardio and weights are optional.  High intensity water aerobic class to get that heart rate up. 

Masters Swimming

A FEE BASED CLASS. Join masters swim to keep up with the latest swimming trends.  This class is coached and each participant will receive weekly training tips and workouts.

Water Dance

Dance, Dance, Dance.  Low impact water class for the participant that loves to move.  Water weights are optional in this class.

Water Pump

Combinations of low impact-high intensity and toning using various aquatic equipment. 

Water Wellness (Arthritis Foundation)

Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program classes will help you to increase joint range of motion, build muscle strength and help reduce pain and stiffness.Takes place in the therapy pool.
