2017 Group Exercise Classes
Group exercise classes are held seven days a week at various times, to fit your schedule. Classes are led by qualified, certified group exercise instructors who will motivate and guide you to meet your fitness goals. We have classes for fitness enthusiasts, novice participants and specialized populations.
In addition to our basic group exercise schedule, we offer a great selection of classes designed specifically for the active older adult. Additionally, Arthritis classes in our Warm Water Therapy Pool help maintain mobility and increase strength. At St. Bernards Health & Wellness, most classes are included in your membership. Specialized training classes, such as X-Cel, require a separate fee due to the training being very specific and specialized for the participant.
